2. Monthly Subscriptions
If you are billed for a monthly subscription (Starter or Pro), you can cancel at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds for monthly payments once the billing cycle has started, as the 7-day trial provides ample time to evaluate the service. However, if there was a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, please contact us within 48 hours of the charge.
3. Lifetime Access (One-Time Payment)
For our Lifetime plan (€89), we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you find that the product does not meet your needs, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided you have not significantly abused the service's resources.
